Obtain return authorization: We will review your return request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions for eligible orders.
Prepare the return package: Please place the product, along with the original packaging and all accessories, in a package and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package. Ensure the package is secure to prevent damage during transit.
